ROCK LJ INC. BUSINESS OPERATIONS OVERVIEW

Rock LJ Inc. started as an Agriculture business, initially specializing in the export of Agricultural products(eg. cattle genetic material, Frozen beef, Fresh vegetables & fruits). In 2019, the company put much focus on cattle genetics, particularly the distribution of premium bull semen and embryos. This transition allowed Rock LJ Inc. to leverage its extensive global logistics experience to support farmers by improving livestock genetics. Their operations now combine agricultural expertise with a long-standing commitment to quality service, ensuring they deliver top tier products to markets around the world.

OUR TEAM

Anson Bu, President

With an extensive background in international business and supply chain, he oversees the operations of the company. In addition, he heads the customer affairs and sales on the Asian pacific side of our business. He is the founder of L&J Group International.

Ming Tang, International Trading Specialist

Ming does Chinese market research for the company. In close communication with our team members in Asian pacific countries especially in Mainland China. He handles the logistics of our orders and schedules our product sourcing and delivery dates. Additionally, Ming assist organization of our financial accounts as well.

Pengda Wu, Office Administrative Manager

Involves managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of an office or organization. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure smooth office operations. Accuracy in handling documents, data entry, and financial transactions.

Chris Qu, Genetic and Breeding CTO

A highly skilled and experienced expert in cattle genetics and breeding with over 15 years of hands-on experience in genomic research, herd management, and genetic improvement. Adept at utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as genomic selection, artificial insemination, and data-driven breeding programs to enhance cattle productivity and health. Passionate about improving herd genetics for optimal dairy, beef production, and disease resistance, ensuring sustainable and profitable livestock operations.

Kimi Zhao, Chief Veterinary Officer

Kimi role responsible for overseeing the health and welfare of animals, both in agricultural settings and in broader contexts such as disease control, regulatory compliance, and public health. The CVO ensures that veterinary practices and animal health strategies align with the organization’s or country’s goals for animal health, public safety, and disease prevention. The role involves providing expert veterinary advice, managing animal health programs, and developing policies in line with national or international regulations
